A yummy chicken sandwich is a lip smacking 4 pm, after-school snack for kids. This one doesn’t take forever to make. All you need is a simple list of ingredients and you’re done!

So here we go!

Chicken Sandwich Recipe – For Kids

What you need for this chicken sandwich

Bread slices
Minced chicken – 250 gm
(I sourced it online at Big Basket)

Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
Chopped garlic – 3 teaspoons
Chopped coriander leaves (dhaniya) – 1 small cup
Cooking oil – 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste

How to prepare chicken sandwiches?

Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic. Add minced chicken, pepper powder and salt. Close the pan. Allow the chicken to cook well, on a slow flame till its soft and juicy. Chicken mince must have just enough water content to keep it moist. Once done, garnish with chopped coriander. Allow to cool.

Take two slices of bread. Apply mayonnaise liberally on each slice. Place some cooked chicken mince in between the slices and you are done. Serve with some tangy Maggi tomato ketchup.

This is a very easy to cook recipe that takes just 20 minutes to prepare. You can always stock some minced chicken at home for a variety of sandwiches, cutlets and kebabs for kids.
